The UKG Ready Accruals Manager was deployed to centralize accrual calculations and leave tracking, embedding accrual schedules and eligibility logic into the broader absence management posture. Configuration work focused on accrual rule modeling, automated leave balance updates, and policy-driven leave entitlements consistent with Absence and Leave Management workflows. The implementation aligned with existing Kronos Workforce Central deployments and related modules that had been configured for the enterprise, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, Forecast Manager, Attestation, Attendance, Mobile & Tablet, and Navigator. Integrations were enacted with the broader HR system suite, explicitly addressing interfaces with ADP Vantage, payroll processes, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, reporting and analytics, and security and enterprise integration layers. The deployment covered enterprise operational scope across three business units and was applied across more than 1,300 locations in the United States and Canada, ensuring consistent accrual and absence data flows between HR, payroll, and time systems. Governance attention included resolving gaps in HR process orchestration and establishing configuration ownership for accrual policies, data reconciliation routines, and cross-system identity and entitlement controls. Deployment activity spanned the October 2015 to September 2016 timeframe, with workstreams concentrated on policy configuration, integration testing, and operational handover to HR and payroll teams.
