The deployment covered enterprise operational scope across three business units and was applied across more than 1,300 locations in the United States and Canada, ensuring consistent accrual and absence data flows between HR, payroll, and time systems.
Governance attention included resolving gaps in HR process orchestration and establishing configuration ownership for accrual policies, data reconciliation routines, and cross-system identity and entitlement controls.
