Zucchetti Legacy Zucchetti Mago4 ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management Select Informatica 2019 2019
In 2019, Fondazione Comunita La Torre Onlus implemented Zucchetti Mago4 ERP. The deployment used Zucchetti Mago4 ERP as an ERP Financial solution to centralize accounting, treasury and specialized invoicing workflows required by a social care organization, with an emphasis on billing for guests and local health authorities. Implementation centered on the core Mago4 administration suite augmented with a Select Informatica verticalization for ONLUS and ANFFAS requirements. Key modules configured included the integrated Treasury Module optimized via a Select Informatica connector, automated invoicing logic for guest and public health authority billing, accounting parameter configuration, and advanced reporting capabilities for financial oversight. Integrations focused on the Select Informatica connector for treasury automation and the ONLUS/ANFFAS verticalization to enforce sector-specific invoicing rules, these integrations operated within the administrative and finance functions rather than across unrelated enterprise systems. Operational coverage targeted the organizations administrative staff and financial workflows supporting social care service delivery, aligning the application to sector accounting and invoicing patterns. Governance and rollout were organized as a phased, approximately six month integration with continuous training and support from Select Informatica, enabling process automation of treasury and billing while preserving accounting control. Configuration of accounting parameters and staged user training were used to manage change and ensure adoption among administrative users. Outcomes documented by the project include a management system tailored to the institutions needs, improved administrative control and financial management, and reduced errors and faster processing for specialized invoicing workflows.
