In 2019, FoodPRO implemented Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365. The deployment is categorized under Digital Signing and centralized signature management across FoodPROs Office 365 tenant for approximately 200 employees in the United States.
FoodPRO used Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 to establish a template driven signature orchestration layer, including centralized management console, dynamic field population from directory attributes, and policy based signature application to outbound mail flow. Paragon Solutions served as the implementation partner and configured signature templates, rules, and user attribute mappings to align email signatures with corporate branding and role attributes.
The implementation integrated the cloud hosted Exclaimer service directly into Office 365 mail routing and directory synchronization to remove endpoint dependencies and enable centralized administration. FoodPROs public website references indicate the service is used in customer facing communications, and governance was structured with centralized template control and delegated administrative access for marketing and IT through the Exclaimer console.

| Solera | Legacy | Omnitracs Roadnet Transportation Suite | Transportation Management | SCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, FoodPRO implemented Omnitracs Roadnet Transportation Suite to support Transportation Management for its shipping and road transport operations. The deployment concentrated on operationalizing route issuance, driver manifest handling, and schedule coordination across the transportation group, with the application serving as the central system for day to day routing and dispatch activities.
Configuration emphasized routing and fleet scheduling capabilities within Omnitracs Roadnet Transportation Suite, with explicit operational workflows for issuing routes to drivers, preparing shipping schedules and route directions, and daily maintenance of Roadnet Anywhere data to keep schedules current. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included driver manifest management, state level mileage capture for quarterly reporting, truck mileage tracking for billing and preventative maintenance scheduling, and role-based access for routers and transportation management staff.
Integrations included setting up new customers in Roadnet and coordination with Retalix for delivery day scheduling, establishing a data flow between order/delivery setup and the Transportation Management routing layer. Operational coverage spanned the transportation and shipping departments, driver interactions via manifests, and customer and sales inquiries about pickups and deliveries, with the Transportation Manager and router roles tightly coupled to system operations.
Governance and process changes were operationally focused, mandating daily data entry from driver manifests, routine upkeep of Roadnet Anywhere by the router role, and weekly route coordination between the router and the Transportation Manager. The implementation embedded route maintenance, mileage reporting by state, and preventative maintenance tracking into standard operating procedures to support ongoing Transportation Management workflows.
