Governance and process changes simplified the previous service workflow into an assigned, mobile-driven process that eliminated manual handoffs and office rechecks. Explicitly reported outcomes include reduced response times, improved operational efficiency, increased customer satisfaction, and enhanced traceability thanks to the integration with Mago4. The implementation therefore positioned Forbar.it to operate technician dispatch and support documentation with a digitally recorded workflow linked to Zucchetti Mago4 ERP.
