In 2023, FORD THAILAND deployed Matrix Comsec COSEC VEGA FAX at its Thailand manufacturing site to automate cafeteria transactions and capture biometric time and transaction data. The implementation used COSEC VEGA FAX terminals together with COSEC CENTRA and the COSEC LE CMM cafeteria module to enable biometric authentication, cashless payment processing, and transaction logging. Configurations included terminal-level biometric enrollment and time capture, cashierless transaction flows tied to employee accounts, and device-wise real-time usage reporting routed to COSEC CENTRA for central visibility.
