The environment included documented integrations and systems of use, specifically the Jeld wen quoting tool, DW 24-7 product configurator, and Microsoft Office for document and communication workflows. ECi Red Falcon functioned alongside these tools to streamline quoting, product selection and office reporting, and to maintain a single record for special orders and fulfillment coordination across showroom staff, installers and builder customers. Operational governance centered on using ECi Red Falcon to control ordering, inventory oversight, scheduling and installation coordination, and to capture margin and profitability inputs for each sale.
