In 2020 Fork Up srl implemented Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP as the core of an ERP Financial deployment to consolidate logistics, sales, document management and a planned B2B e-commerce channel. The implementation was executed with Upsystems SpA using a consultative discovery and strategy phase to map process needs and scope across warehouse operations, the sales network and document flows.
The technical footprint centers on Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP augmented by Infinity DMS for document management, Infinity BPM for business process orchestration, Zucchetti Digital Hub for electronic invoicing flows, and Business Intelligence modules for management reporting. Configuration work included module-level setup for warehouse optimization, stock traceability and location control, sales order management workflows, digitized document lifecycle controls and customizations to align the solution with Fork Up srl operational rules.
Integrations were built as connectors between the Infinity suite and third-party tools to create a coherent digital ecosystem, with specific orchestration of electronic invoicing via Zucchetti Digital Hub and synchronized document flows through Infinity DMS. The deployment architecture emphasizes a modular ERP core with adjacent functional modules and integration layers to support cross functional data exchange across logistics, sales and back office functions.
Governance shifted toward centralized process control and standardized workflows, enabled by Infinity BPM to enforce approvals, task routing and process monitoring. Upsystems SpA led change activities including the initial analysis, process redesign input and the delivery of custom integrations and configurations to support operational governance.
The program delivered improved operational efficiency and strengthened business process governance as stated by Fork Up srl, producing a unified, high performance digital ecosystem based on Zucchetti Ad Hoc Infinity ERP and supporting modules.
