| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Formica deployed Workday HCM as its Core HR solution across Formica Group North America. The implementation focused on centralizing employee master data and onboarding workflows while establishing a single source of truth for HR administration and compliance reporting.
Workday HCM was configured to support core HR capabilities including worker records, new hire onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and regulatory reporting such as EEO-1. The configuration work included building Enterprise Interface Builder loads and spreadsheets to provision and update employee data, and tuning business processes for recruiting to onboarding handoffs.
Integrations were implemented between Workday HCM and Ultipro payroll, with day to day operations including running and monitoring integrations from Workday to Ultipro and resolving integration errors. The HRIS Administrator function served as the technical point of contact for integration monitoring, troubleshooting Workday and Ultipro related issues, and maintaining data integrity across systems.
Governance and operational ownership were centered in HR and HRIS, with the HRIS Administrator supporting testing of system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, and managing personnel records in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Operational responsibilities extended to scheduling new hire orientation, administering new hire paperwork, and preparing government compliance reports, embedding Workday HCM into HR operational workflows.

| Hexagon | Legacy | HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, Formica implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as a Phase 2 enterprise rollout across the Formica group, deploying the application under the Enterprise Asset Management category. The EAM deployment was associated with an Infor ERP Single Global Instance established in November 2014, aligning asset management and transactional ERP records on a common platform. HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) was configured to deliver core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including a centralized asset registry, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts and inventory control, and mobile-enabled field execution, using standard EAM workflows and configuration patterns. The implementation also leveraged Infor core products referenced in the program, including LX, EAM, SCE and ION, to standardize application behavior and data flows. Architectural and integration work focused on developing a common security architecture and integrating the EAM implementation with multiple Active Directory forests, enabling single sign on functionality across organizational boundaries. The deployment architecture incorporated application load balancing and secure web application delivery to support high availability and centralized access. Governance and rollout were staged, with Phase 2 explicitly noting group-level standardization of security and authentication, centralized operational ownership for maintenance and IT, and coordination with the single global ERP instance to align master data and transactional processes across Formica sites.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Formica deployed Cisco Webex Meetings on its public website to provide customer and partner-facing conferencing capabilities. The implementation centers on the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, with Cisco Webex Meetings serving as the primary web conferencing application for browser-based joins and hosted meetings.
Cisco Webex Meetings was embedded into Formica's site to enable real-time audio and video sessions, meeting scheduling workflows, and participant controls consistent with standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing functional patterns. Configuration emphasis included web-embedded meeting widgets, browser media negotiation for audio and video, meeting recording enablement, and role-based meeting controls to manage presenters and attendees.
Operational coverage targeted external engagement channels, aligning web conferencing with customer service and commercial collaboration use cases while remaining hosted as a vendor-managed conferencing service. Governance focused on centralized meeting policy, web integration maintenance, and administrative controls for meeting creation and participant access, reflecting typical site-embedded conferencing governance for an enterprise of Formica's scale.
