In 2018, Formlabs implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its core ERP Financial system, establishing NetSuite as the transaction backbone for finance and order management. The NetSuite deployment was positioned to support expanding international operations and to be extended for advanced supply chain orchestration as global demand grew.
Formlabs integrated Vecco's Value Chain Resource & Response Planning VCRP platform to extend Oracle NetSuite ERP across a multi tier supply chain, enabling synchronized planning and execution of demand, supply, and inventory. VCRP was configured rather than coded to interface with NetSuite, providing multi enterprise visibility across supplier, partner, and customer owned sites without requiring changes to partners' systems.
The combined solution focused on inventory planning, multi tier demand planning, S&OP synchronization, and inbound and outbound fulfillment coordination while NetSuite continued to serve ERP Financial transaction processing and ledger workflows. Operational coverage targeted global planning and logistics functions, connecting planning teams, procurement and fulfillment operations, and finance to a unified supply and demand signal.
Governance emphasized incremental, configurable rollouts of Vecco's VCRP to complement NetSuite, supporting rapid scaling across trading partners and sites. The implementation targeted improvements in on time performance, compressed cash to cash cycles, reduced inventory levels and costs, increased supply chain agility, and management of multi partner event risk, consistent with Vecco's stated capabilities and its Built For NetSuite certification.

In 2017, Formlabs implemented Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System and embedded Greenhouse ATS onto its corporate website to host job listings and capture external applicants. The deployment positioned the application as the primary recruiting intake layer for Formlabs, supporting talent acquisition activities for HR and hiring managers within the manufacturing organization.
Configuration focused on core applicant tracking capabilities common to the category, including job posting and requisition management, candidate tracking and pipeline stages, structured interview workflows with scorecards, interview scheduling, and offer management. The Greenhouse ATS instance was configured to enforce hiring stages and interview kits, and to surface recruiting analytics and requisition status for operational visibility.
Operationally the Greenhouse ATS integration with the website channels candidate submissions directly into the ATS, enabling recruiters to triage applicants and route candidates through configured hiring workflows. Governance centered on standardized requisition approval and interview protocols to ensure consistent hiring practices across HR and talent acquisition, with hiring managers using the system for candidate evaluation and decisioning.

| Tulip Interfaces | Legacy | Tulip MES | Manufacturing Execution System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Formlabs implemented Tulip MES as an app-based Manufacturing Execution System to run a built to order 3D printing and post-processing facility in Ohio. The deployment used Tulip MES to operationalize end-to-end order tracking and to provide structured shop floor applications for additive manufacturing production management.
The implementation configured functional modules to track orders end-to-end, to guide operators through wash, cure, finish and QC steps, and to consolidate parts for shipping. Tulip MES was used to deliver app-driven work instructions, operator task sequencing, and data capture on the shop floor, aligning with Manufacturing Execution System capabilities for production control and quality management.
Operational scope was focused on the Ohio production and post-processing site, with business functions including production operations, quality assurance, and shipping. The configuration emphasized additive manufacturing workflows and post-processing sequences so that operator guidance and parts consolidation activities were embedded in production apps rather than managed as separate paper or spreadsheet processes.
Governance and rollout prioritized production management and quality for the additive manufacturing line, with workflows and operator procedures formalized in Tulip MES apps. The deployment produced measurable outcomes, including a 20% reduction in cycle time and 20% shorter lead times, as reported in Tulip's Formlabs case study.
