Deployment and rollout occurred in Vietnam under FPT Software's Digital Kaizen program, with the solution going live around 2019 and managed as an internal application. Operational scope covered HR and management processes across FPT Software in Vietnam, with akaLink used for workforce planning and training orchestration.
Governance was administered through HR leadership and integrated into existing staffing and training workflows, shifting endorsement and project assignment processes to rely on the akaLink skill inventory. By June 2020 FPT Software reported that akaLink addressed 19 HR related pain points and yielded roughly USD 700,000 in benefits, providing a documented outcome from the Employee Engagement deployment.
