| Harvard Business Publishing | Legacy | Harvard ManageMentor | Learning and Development | HCM | n/a | 2025 | 2025 | In 2025, FPT partnered with Harvard Business Impact to integrate Harvard ManageMentor and HBR Spark into its global learning ecosystem, targeting HR and learning and development in APAC and supporting a distributed global workforce. The initiative uses Harvard ManageMentor as the primary curriculum engine within the Learning and Development portfolio, with HBR Spark providing short form, just in time content to complement longer leadership pathways. The work is positioned to scale leadership development across roles and accelerate digital skills delivery at scale. The implementation configures role based learning pathways and competency aligned tracks, leveraging Harvard ManageMentor content libraries for leadership, management and digital skills learning, and using HBR Spark for microlearning reinforcement. Course sequencing, role mapping, and assessment and certification workflows were instrumented to create repeatable pathways, and content curation processes were defined to align modules to FPT job families and leadership levels. Technically the deployment is integrated into FPTs global learning ecosystem, connecting content provisioning and enrollment workflows to existing learning operations and HR learning management workflows. Integration patterns emphasize LMS connectors, single sign on and API based content delivery to ensure Harvard ManageMentor and HBR Spark operate as embedded components of FPTs Learning and Development landscape, while preserving centralized content governance and local delivery in APAC. Governance and rollout are led by HR and Learning and Development, with role based ownership for content curation and phased adoption across APAC learning centers before broader global scaling. The program aims to create standardized role based pathways and accelerate leadership and digital skills adoption, with operational controls for content updates, learner assignment, and alignment to HR competency frameworks. |
