Triquestra Legacy Triquestra POS Point Of Sale ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Freedom implemented Triquestra POS to standardize Point Of Sale operations across its retail footprint. The Triquestra POS implementation targeted store transaction processing and the capture of customer and sales data to support Freedom's broader omnichannel commerce objectives and ecommerce growth. The deployment of Triquestra POS covered core Point Of Sale capabilities such as real time transaction processing, centralized inventory visibility, customer profile capture, and promotion and pricing controls, aligned to retail store operations. Configuration emphasized data synchronization and integration points to ensure POS events contributed to a singular operational data model used by merchandising, supply chain, and customer service teams. Triquestra POS was integrated into an iPaaS-led architecture using Boomi AtomSphere, connecting the POS to SAP Commerce Cloud for ecommerce, Fluent for order management, and Shippit for shipping management, consistent with Freedom's best of breed stack. Boomi consolidated more than 170 integrations to deliver real time operational and transactional data from the point of sale into Freedom's centralized data flows, enabling end to end visibility from in-store purchase to online fulfillment. Governance and operational redesign focused on centralizing data and enabling omnichannel workflows so store sales and ecommerce orders shared a common data model. Outcomes included a singular view of customers and transactions, personalized customer communications from purchase through delivery, and improved sourcing insights for merchandising teams, all driven by the Triquestra POS implementation and its integration into Freedom's Point Of Sale and commerce ecosystem.
