The initiative targeted a 2:1 consolidation of two large production companies acquired by Banijay Group, aligning financial controls and production-related accounting under a single ERP instance.
Implementation work centered on configuring Microsoft Dynamics NAV for core financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project cost tracking to support television and film production workflows. The deployment emphasized production accounting workflows and consolidation capabilities typical of ERP Financial systems, and included configuration to rationalize process differences between the two producers.
The technical delivery model designated Corpital as the technical helmsman responsible for technical project management, architectural direction and execution oversight, and Columbus as the SI/VAR implementation partner. Integrations with existing third-party products were explicitly addressed, retaining and rationalizing connectors such as LessorLøn and Farmerswife to preserve payroll and production scheduling interfaces while unifying financial data flows.
