Newsbridge Legacy Newsbridge MAM Digital Asset Management Content Management n/a 2020 2021
In 2020 the French Football Federation selected Newsbridge MAM to provide a cloud media asset management solution and large-scale AI indexing capability. Newsbridge MAM is deployed as a Digital Asset Management application to recover, index and commercialise the federation's video archive and to handle live ingest workflows tied to national championships. The implementation emphasized automated AI-driven indexing and semantic tagging, including player and stakeholder recognition, to increase metadata depth and enable search by people and events. Functional capabilities implemented include cloud MAM storage, automated transcript and visual AI indexing, semantic tagging workflows, and live ingest handling for broadcast and federation feeds. Custom connectors were developed to migrate more than 80 TB of video into the Newsbridge MAM, enabling consolidated archive access and ingest continuity for ongoing championship coverage. The deployment is a media and archives implementation in France and supports approximately 1,500 external and internal users across archives, media operations and commercialisation teams. The program originated from a 2020 tender and moved into production in spring 2021, with rollout focused on archive recovery, metadata enrichment and monetisation workflows. The deployment improved searchability and content monetisation across the federation's user base through centralized indexing and semantic tagging, while indexing governance and workflow orchestration were introduced to standardize tagging and access for editorial and commercial use.
