In 2018, Frooty Brazil implemented TOTVS Fluig to build a mobile-enabled sales portal for its field sellers. TOTVS Fluig, a Business Process Management application, was used to enable order creation, order history access, and end-to-end tracking across approximately 30,000 points of sale in Brazil, supporting field sales and order management functions.
The implementation centered on a sales portal module inferred as a 'Mis Vendas' sales portal built on Fluig rather than an ERP sales module, configured for mobile order capture, order history lookup, and workflow-driven order lifecycle management. Functional capabilities included mobile form capture for orders, status tracking, and workflow automation to route orders through approval and processing steps consistent with Business Process Management practices.
Integration was explicitly implemented with Microsoft Dynamics ERP to synchronize order creation and historical order data, providing end-to-end traceability between the field-facing Fluig portal and back-office order processing in the ERP. Operational coverage focused on field sales teams across Brazil and the network of roughly 30,000 retail points of sale, linking mobile sellers to centralized order management.
Governance effort emphasized standardized order capture and audit trails within sales operations and order management processes, with workflow restructuring to support traceability. The deployment in Brazil in 2018 accelerated field-sales processes and improved order traceability as part of the project outcomes reported.
