Sterling Background Check was integrated with the company ATS, specifically ADP RM, through a negotiated zero cost integration between Sterling and ADP RM. That integration centralized candidate screening records and enabled end to end visibility for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams, reducing handoffs between the ATS and the background screening provider while preserving the ATS as the source of recruitment truth.
Governance and rollout were driven by the Director of Talent Acquisition, who led recruiting process redesigns including interview prebriefs, scorecards, candidate experience improvements and new employee check in procedures. Sterling Background Check was embedded into those standardized workflows to enforce consistent screening policy and to streamline decision gates used by recruiters and hiring managers.
