Pushpay Holdings Legacy Pushpay ChurchStaq Church Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Fullerton Free implemented Pushpay ChurchStaq in the Church Management category. The nonprofit adopted Donor Development, Volunteer Scheduling, and a Church App from the ChurchStaq tools to strengthen donor care, automate follow-ups, and increase community engagement across its Orange County campuses. The deployment focused on finance and giving workflows and CRM and people management, configuring Donor Development to track contributions and automate stewardship communications, and configuring Volunteer Scheduling to coordinate volunteer rosters and reminders. Pushpay ChurchStaq was used to centralize donor and member records and to support recurring giving setups and follow-up task automation aligned with stewardship processes. Operational coverage included finance and giving, volunteer coordination, and mobile communications across multiple Orange County sites in the United States. The Church App component provided mobile-first communication channels and in-app engagement capabilities to support outreach, event notifications, and donor touchpoints. Governance emphasis aligned church finance staff and ministry teams around new stewardship and volunteer workflows. According to the Pushpay customer story, the implementation resulted in better donor retention workflows and more effective mobile communications.
