Sage Intacct was used alongside Salesforce for customer account and order review, with finance, accounting, and sales teams relying on both systems to manage contract compliance and revenue accounting tasks. Contract and electronic file storage adhered to G2’s company file naming and folder organization practices, embedding document management and contract lifecycle activities into the financial workflow.
Operational governance centered on centralized revenue cycle procedures, formal review gates for order forms and contracts, and routine AR controls such as payment posting, collections workflows, and reconciliations. Corporate legal participated in data protection and contract language reviews while accounting maintained daily financial operations within Sage Intacct, making the application a core component of G2’s finance and revenue operations.

Operational ownership sits with web operations and customer success teams, who manage booking pages, availability calendars, and notification templates through the ResNexus Booking administrative console.
Governance was organized around centralized calendar control and booking policy configuration, with process changes to standardize appointment handling and cancellation workflows across teams. The rollout emphasized configuration and administrative governance rather than custom integrations, enabling G2 to manage online reservations through ResNexus Booking while preserving website continuity and customer experience management.
