In 2015 Galbusera Italy implemented Negoziando to manage retail points of sale and on site ristorazione and spacci across its network of 19 direct stores, including one in Switzerland. Negoziando is a Retail Management application deployed with implementation partner Smeup to centralize sales and service operations across retail and foodservice touch points.
The implementation covered core point of sale functionality and multi currency transaction processing, with inferred foodservice and spaccio module usage to support on site sales processes. Negoziando was configured to capture store level transactions and service activity, align pricing and payment flows for cross border stores, and consolidate retail and ristorazione workflows into a common operational model.
Smeup led the rollout across the 19 stores, defining operational scope across retail and foodservice teams in Italy and Switzerland and standardizing POS and on site service processes. Governance focused on centralizing sales and service operations, embedding consistent transaction handling and store level process controls under the Negoziando Retail Management solution.
