Rippling Legacy Rippling Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2024 2024
In 2024 Gamurs Group centralized global payroll and HR operations by adopting Rippling Payroll, deploying an integrated Payroll platform to address fragmented processes across Australia, the US, and the UK. The implementation consolidated multiple country payroll workflows into a single system, creating a unified data model for workforce costs and payroll processing while preserving multi-currency payroll capability for international payments. Rippling Payroll was configured to deliver automated payroll reporting and real-time workforce data, enabling finance to generate standardized salary lists and translate payroll into AUD for forecasting. The deployment included automated US tax compliance and payroll processing features that removed manual state tax filings from the monthly cadence, and it standardized leave approvals and payroll reconciliation workflows across HR and finance. The program expanded beyond core payroll to incorporate Rippling HR Services and connected custom applications, advanced learning resources, and performance management features into the same platform. Rippling provided dedicated implementation specialists and a named implementation manager, Brandon, to orchestrate the transition, delivering a step-by-step rollout plan and hands-on support for system configuration and cutover activities. Governance changes focused on establishing a single source of truth for HR and payroll data and formalizing process ownership between HR and finance, which tightened financial control and reduced reconciliation effort. The centralization improved visibility and consistency across workforce data, freed HR and finance teams from time-consuming manual tasks, and supported scalable payroll operations without materially increasing system cost.
