Operational scope covered finance, project accounting, estimating coordination and field cost capture across the companys Bonita Springs, Florida headquarters and its distributed job sites in the United States. The implementation established centralized job cost reporting and a single source of financial data intended for project controllers, site managers and accounting staff.
