Operational integration included active use of ClaimWizard alongside Smartsheets for parallel documentation of communications, expenses, and progress, with ClaimWizard serving as the authoritative claim record. The implementation governed cross-functional coordination across claims operations, account management, and contractor networks, with the Claims Coordinator leading coordination of scope, budget, documentation, and risk from claim initiation through resolution. Governance and process outcomes were recorded directly in ClaimWizard and Smartsheets, achieving 100% data completeness for documented claim progress, communications, and expenses. The Claims Coordinator also managed client invoicing through these systems to ensure accuracy and rapid issue resolution, and cultivated contractor relationships for Key Accounts to drive increased revenue.
