In 2022 GayTravel implemented Clear Analytics to automate and centralize recurring operational and finance reports. Clear Analytics was deployed as an Analytics and BI platform to provide a consistent reporting layer and to support finance, HR and operations reporting for the US based media firm.
Configuration prioritized scheduled report automation and a centralized dataset model, enabling staff to produce recurring operational and finance reports without repeated manual extraction. The implementation enabled ad-hoc analysis inside Excel through direct dataset access and configured publishing workflows to feed downstream reporting outputs.
The deployment integrated with Power BI to publish curated datasets for dashboard consumption and broader visualization, aligning published data models with report schedules. Operational coverage explicitly included HR, accounting and operations, and the US based rollout reduced manual data pulls across those functions.
Governance changes established consistent dataset definitions and publishing controls to increase reporting consistency and governance across finance and operations.
