In 2025, Gazstroyprom Russia deployed Skillaz LMS, a Learning and Development application, to standardize and automate recruitment and onboarding across the Gazstroyprom group. The Skillaz LMS implementation targeted HR operations across 11 companies in Russia, scaling to thousands of users across the contour and accelerating hiring up to 3× faster.
The implementation centered on ATS and mass recruitment workflows together with onboarding modules inside Skillaz LMS, configured to support high volume sourcing, candidate pipeline management and structured new hire sequencing. Skillaz LMS capabilities were used to formalize onboarding learning paths and to automate task orchestration for new employees as part of the Learning and Development scope.
Integrations were delivered with 1C:ZUP, telephony and analytics to enable end to end HR processes, synchronizing payroll and personnel data flows, enabling call based candidate communications and consolidating hiring analytics. These integrations supported operational coverage across recruitment teams, HR business partners and regional staffing functions within the Gazstroyprom group.
Governance emphasized standardized selection workflows and centralized configuration to ensure consistent hiring policies across the contour, with a phased rollout across group companies. The program institutionalized automated mass recruitment processes and analytics driven hiring oversight as core operational changes enabled by Skillaz LMS.
