In 2018 G&B Fuels implemented ABM POS to centralize retail checkout and forecourt sales. G&B Fuels ABM POS Point of Sale was configured to handle transaction processing, payment authorization, cashier workflows, pricebook management and receipt printing. The ABM POS deployment covered standard Point of Sale capabilities including inventory tracking, fuel transaction handling and end of day reporting to support retail and back office functions.
Deployment was provisioned with ABM Cloud for cloud-hosted management alongside local point of sale terminals sized for a small operator, enabling offline transaction caching and scheduled synchronization. Operational scope focused on site retail operations and finance reconciliation, with governance implemented through cashier procedures, price control workflows and routine end of day reconciliation processes to align sales, inventory and accounting workflows.
