In 2016, Gblt implemented Centric Motion eHRM as its Core HR application. The deployment centralized recruitment and selection and formalized personnel change processing to support payroll and maintain personnel files. The project positioned the HR department and functional managers as primary users and governance owners for HR applications.
Centric Motion eHRM was configured to support recruitment and selection workflows, personnel change workflows for payroll data, absence recording and reporting, and mechanisms to stimulate internal mobility. The implementation included personnel file management and role based access for functional managers who oversee the time registration system and salary systems. Configuration emphasized structured data capture to ensure payroll processing readiness and statutory absenteeism reporting.
Integrations were established with the organisation's time registration system and with salary systems, specifically Youforce van Raet and Motion Pro from Centric, to enable end to end payroll data flow and consolidated HR records. The implementation aligned Centric Motion eHRM with the existing HR application landscape so functional managers could manage time, salary and personnel records through coordinated workflows. Operational coverage focused on the HR function and operational managers across Gblt in the Netherlands.
Governance was placed with the HR functional manager role, which acted as the application owner for multiple HR applications and coordinated process standardization for personnel changes and absenteeism reporting. The rollout followed an eHRM transition approach that consolidated HR processes into Centric Motion eHRM and formalized control points for payroll readiness and personnel file maintenance. The configuration and governance model emphasized centralized HR process orchestration and standardized workflow ownership.
