The daily report logic captured all requirements in the open ERP system for each plant, using the interval from the last purchase order to the last generated report, and the project included data implantation activities within Datasul to ensure transactional visibility. Operational scope included supplier and carrier registry analysis and databank updates, execution of purchases for curve C goods and services in accordance with the company Quality Policy and Local and Global Purchasing Policy, and development of new suppliers and markets for stationery, hygiene and selected MRO items. The implementation supported quotation and negotiation workflows, continuous follow up of purchase orders across buyers and segments with suppliers, and administrative control of physical documents alongside Excel based data administration. Governance and process changes were introduced to support a centralized procurement workflow, including role based follow up responsibilities for buyers, support to the manager of the non contract management area, and assistance with the implementation of Datasul contract management functionality.
