In 2014, General Fire Control implemented Sinco ERP, a Construction ERP solution, to consolidate core project and financial operations for its Colombia based professional services business. The deployment targeted company functions including project management, procurement and finance across its operational sites.
Sinco ERP was configured to support construction focused modules such as project costing and control, procurement and inventory management, and financial accounting, aligning with standard Construction ERP capabilities. Configuration emphasized role based interfaces and data models tailored to contract and service delivery workflows to support estimating, job costing and billing processes.
Integrations were coordinated to connect Sinco ERP with the company’s operational tools and financial processes, preserving transactional continuity for project and procurement lifecycles. Operational coverage extended to finance, procurement and project teams within Colombia, centralizing transactional data and project cost visibility under the Sinco ERP application.
SINCOSOFT consultants provided best practices and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation, delivering user training and onboarding to improve the experience of new users with Sinco ERP. Governance focused on process alignment between project delivery and accounting, with internal managers partnered with consultants to stabilize workflows and enforce data governance.
