In 2015 Genesys implemented Coupa Invoice as an AP Automation solution to centralize partner and customer billing workflows for its Global AppFoundry program. The deployment positioned Coupa Invoice as the primary system for invoice intake, approval, and payment authorization across finance operations supporting AppFoundry partner subscriptions and global customer billings.
The implementation of Coupa Invoice covered core AP Automation capabilities including invoice capture and processing, routed invoice approvals, monthly accrual reporting, intercompany journal entry preparation, vendor and partner account reconciliation, and credit memo approval workflows. Coupa Invoice was used directly to approve billing invoices and authorize payments, and to generate monthly revenue share reports and accrual figures used by regional accounting teams.
Operational workflows explicitly linked Coupa Invoice activity to SalesForce ticketing for Deal Support Requests and to Regional Order Management billing processes, with coordination across Regional Accounts Payable, Regional Revenue Teams, and Global General Accounting. The solution supported global operational coverage for AppFoundry partners, with monthly account reconciliations and partner communications driven from Coupa Invoice activity and associated ticketing records.
Governance centered on monthly financial cadence and approval controls, the production of partner revenue share reports, and hosted partner reconciliation sessions. The finance team used Coupa Invoice to approve credit memos on partners behalf, escalate partner issues to senior partner finance contacts, and to drive continuous process improvement initiatives within AP Automation and partner billing workflows.

| Sterling Talent Solutions | Legacy | Sterling Background Check | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Genesys implemented Sterling Background Check as its BackGround Screening solution to embed screening into Talent Acquisition and HR operations. The deployment was oriented around operationalizing background checks within candidate onboarding and hire workflows, ensuring screened outcomes were recorded in the Genesys employee database.
Configuration work included creation of Talent Acquisition flow charts and an interactive checklist used by recruiters to process domestic and global hires, alongside standardization of candidate hiring, executive and employee referrals, staffing agency intake, and advertising tool handoffs. The implementation also involved reformatting and correcting more than 2,200 job descriptions to the Genesys template, which supported consistent job data feeding into screening and onboarding steps.
Integrations were explicit and central to the architecture, with Taleo, Oracle, UserVoice, and Sterling Background Check linked to hire employees into the Genesys database. Candidate records were centralized from Taleo and UserVoice, Sterling Background Check screening workflows were invoked during onboarding, and screening outcomes were synchronized with Oracle and the Genesys database to complete hire transactions and maintain HR records.
Governance and process changes included the interactive Talent Acquisition checklist and documented process flows that instituted a repeatable screening and hire cadence. Work included researching I-9 service options with pricing and demo feedback to streamline I-9 processing, and the combined activities led to hiring employees more efficiently while expediting the candidate process.

| Zuora | Legacy | Zuora Revenue | Revenue Cycle Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Genesys implemented Zuora Revenue as its revenue accounting application. The deployment targeted Revenue Cycle Management to standardize revenue recognition and accounting workflows for product and services billing across the organization.
The implementation of Zuora Revenue incorporated event file ingestion and revenue processing modules. Sales orders, invoices, and credit memo events were sent into Zuora Revenue through Dell Boomi, and RevPro reporting outputs were consumed to create journal entries in NetSuite, aligning transactional invoicing with accounting entries.
Integration architecture centered on Dell Boomi AtomSphere and Boomi MDH as the iPaaS and master data handling layer, with Salesforce and NetSuite designated as primary source systems and additional feeds from microservices, Coupa, Concur, Fusion HCM, and Snowflake database. The team built Boomi SOA listeners and SOAP and REST services to orchestrate event delivery, implemented Boomi cloud connection setups for FTP endpoints, and scheduled batch processes to run extract transform and load workflows into Zuora Revenue.
Project governance followed a structured delivery pattern from discovery and proof of concept to post production support, with technical design documents, test scripts, and release activities authored by the integration lead. Configuration work included Boomi MDM for multiple objects, Salesforce platform customization for data readiness, and RevPro report development, creating an operational integration between Genesys Zuora Revenue Revenue Cycle Management and downstream accounting systems.
