Operational workflows explicitly linked Coupa Invoice activity to SalesForce ticketing for Deal Support Requests and to Regional Order Management billing processes, with coordination across Regional Accounts Payable, Regional Revenue Teams, and Global General Accounting. The solution supported global operational coverage for AppFoundry partners, with monthly account reconciliations and partner communications driven from Coupa Invoice activity and associated ticketing records. Governance centered on monthly financial cadence and approval controls, the production of partner revenue share reports, and hosted partner reconciliation sessions. The finance team used Coupa Invoice to approve credit memos on partners behalf, escalate partner issues to senior partner finance contacts, and to drive continuous process improvement initiatives within AP Automation and partner billing workflows.
