Teachfloor Legacy Teachfloor Learning and Development HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Georgia Audubon implemented Teachfloor as its Learning and Development platform to build a hybrid learning program and scale membership-facing education across Georgia, United States. The initiative targeted Nonprofit education / L&D by combining online lessons with coordinated field trips to extend educational programming for members throughout the state. The deployment involved white-labeling the Teachfloor platform to match Georgia Audubon branding and configuring core learning capabilities including course management for online lessons, scheduling and registration for field trips, and membership gated access. A custom single sign on integration with Neon CRM was implemented to streamline member login and align enrollment and access controls with the organizations membership records. Rollout was staged with a beta launch in the summer and a planned full launch in the fall as described in the case study, enabling iterative content validation and registration workflows with members. Operational ownership was assigned to education and membership teams to manage course publishing, field activity coordination, and CRM synchronized access, with governance centered on membership access controls and content lifecycle management.
