Operational coverage spanned front office retail and corporate banking, lending operations and payments, with analytics feeding financial control and reporting functions. Replacing Virmati iCBS required program level governance, data migration planning and a phased rollout across business functions to maintain transactional continuity and regulatory controls. Change management and workflow redesign concentrated on lending, payments and retail operations to align operational processes with Oracle Flexcube capabilities.
