In 2020 Giessegroup deployed Resmio on its website to centralize online reservation workflows, using Resmio as a Reservation and Booking Management application to manage guest bookings and front of house scheduling. The implementation positions Resmio to serve the company reservation function and the broader hospitality operations supported by Giessegroup.
The deployment centers on Resmio core booking capabilities common to Reservation and Booking Management systems, including an embedded online booking widget on the corporate website, availability and capacity configuration, structured reservation intake forms, guest data capture, and automated confirmation and notification workflows. Configuration appears focused on booking rules and time slot management to align online reservations with on-premise seating and service patterns.
Operational coverage is primarily the reservations and front of house teams, with Resmio running as the customer facing booking channel on the website and as the internal reservation ledger for staff. Access and user roles are implemented to separate customer facing booking controls from staff scheduling responsibilities, enabling the reservations team to manage bookings and modify availability through the Resmio interface.
Governance and rollout emphasized process alignment and staff adoption, with configuration of booking policies, user access controls, and standard operating procedures for handling online and walk in reservations. Training and procedural changes were applied to reservation handling and day to day booking management to embed Resmio into Giessegroup operational routines.

In 2022, Giessegroup adopted Zucchetti InfoBusiness to create dynamic, code-free dashboards for sales, inventory and operational analysis across its Giustospirito and Crudo restaurant brands in Italy. The Analytics and BI deployment centralized hospitality reporting and established Zucchetti InfoBusiness as the company platform for sales, inventory and operations business functions.
Implementation emphasized code-free dashboard design, interactive data visualization and self-service reporting capabilities, enabling store managers and corporate analysts to construct and consume operational dashboards without bespoke development. Configurations standardized KPI definitions for sales, menu performance, stock levels and shift level operational metrics across brands, and access was provisioned to separate restaurant level and corporate level views.
Zucchetti InfoBusiness was integrated with Zucchetti TCPOS point of sale streams and Mago ERP to consolidate transactional sales, inventory movements and master data into a unified reporting model. Data consolidation and scheduled refresh processes aligned POS and ERP records for timely analysis across locations, supporting reconciliations for restaurant operations and inventory control. The integrated architecture centralized hospitality and restaurant reporting across Giustospirito and Crudo.
Governance centralized reporting ownership to a corporate analytics function that enforced consistent dashboards and rollout checklists for new restaurants, supporting faster, data-driven rollouts of new locations. The deployment reduced reliance on custom coding for reporting and delivered a single source of truth for sales and inventory reporting across the group.
