The implementation targeted Windows, macOS, and Linux clients that are domain joined, and included agent installation on employee workstations and laptops managed by the internal IT team. The deployment encompassed server-side management and client configuration of SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint, with endpoint agent provisioning coordinated through SCCM and device imaging workflows that begin with ISO boot and application installation. Configuration work included policy assignment mapped to Active Directory accounts, quarantine and remediation settings applied at the console level, and routine client maintenance as part of the companys three year device rollout cycle. SentinelOne Singularity Endpoint was implemented into an environment integrated with existing infrastructure components, including Active Directory and Exchange for account and mailbox lifecycle management, OneDrive and SharePoint for shared storage governance, SCCM for software deployment and updates, vSphere and VMware for VM hosting, and Veeam for VM recovery. Network and remote access controls in scope included FortiClient VPN and Fortigate firewall rule management, DHCP reservation and DNS usage for addressability, NAS storage permissions tied to AD, RDP and RDS access controls, and multi factor authentication administered via Inwebo. Operational governance combined endpoint management with existing IT processes, using ServiceSnow for trouble ticketing, an asset management workflow for device lifecycle and SIM management, and GPOs pushed from domain controllers to the Italian OU within a forest shared with sites in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain. The IT System Administrator responsibility model covered first level support, SCCM driven deployments, Office365 license administration, creation of VPN and FTP accounts, and the production of internal training videos and intranet content to support end user adoption. | |
