In 2013 Glad Group implemented Access Attache Accounts as its ERP Financial application. The deployment targeted the finance organization with an operational focus on accounts payable activities documented at the Glad Group Cleaning Rockdale NSW site.
Access Attache Accounts was configured to support core financial capabilities including accounts payable invoice processing, purchase order matching, creditor and supplier master data maintenance, cheque run and cash disbursements, petty cash reimbursement, and month end credit account reconciliation. The implementation centralized transaction capture and general ledger posting workflows so day to day creditor invoices and purchase orders were processed directly in the Attaché accounting system.
Operational coverage included accounts payable clerks and internal finance staff responsible for creditor liaison and reconciliation tasks, with documented procedures for setting up and maintaining creditor information and executing cheque runs. Governance emphasized AP workflow controls and month end reconciliation processes to standardize creditor accounting and cash payment cycles across the documented site.

In 2018, Glad Group implemented Access Attache Payroll to centralize payroll processing for its Australian professional services operations. The deployment supported payroll for more than 2,300 employees across seven legal entities, establishing Access Attache Payroll as the core Payroll application for multi-entity payroll administration.
The implementation focused on core payroll processing capabilities typical of the Payroll category, including employee master data, statutory tax calculations, payslip generation, and multi-entity payroll runs and reconciliation. Configuration efforts were aligned to consolidate entity-level pay cycles and maintain compliance reporting, with a dedicated Payroll Manager operating the system from April 2018 through October 2021.
Operational integration included time capture systems, with Ento and Emplive time and attendance used in conjunction with the Attaché payroll software to feed hours and roster data into Access Attache Payroll. Governance centered on a centralized payroll function managing inter-entity payroll rules, time and attendance data reconciliation, and payroll run approvals across the seven entities.
