In 2021, Gur Lavi implemented Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlow as part of a Business Process Management program to standardize workflow orchestration across the organization. The initiative targeted companywide process orchestration for the 200-employee communications firm operating from the Philippines.
The implementation combined Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlow with SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript to configure and test automated approval flows, saved searches, and analytics-driven process triggers. Administrators published reports, KPIs, and saved searches, and built SuiteScript customizations to support month-end and year-end financial close workflows and consolidated business performance reporting.
Operational scope included finance for period close activities and cross-departmental process alignment, with Netsuite Administrator responsibilities extending to user trainings, business and NetSuite process alignment meetings with all departments, and ongoing user support. The deployment was maintained as an Oracle NetSuite cloud application, with administrators keeping the system updated to preserve performance and data integrity.
Governance emphasized user and role management, data cleanup for integrity, and formalized documentation and training materials produced by the Netsuite Administrator. Configuration, testing, and controlled rollout practices were used to introduce SuiteFlow automations and ensure stable operations across business functions.

In 2021 Gur Lavi implemented Oracle NetSuite SuiteAnalytics to centralize reporting and analytics capabilities under the Analytics and BI category. The rollout used NetSuite cloud native architecture as the primary analytics layer and system of record for operational and financial reporting across the company.
Configuration work focused on SuiteBuilder driven custom records and forms, SuiteAnalytics reports and saved searches, SuiteFlow workflow automation, and SuiteScript customizations. The implementation included designing, implementing, and testing solutions and customizations, plus publishing relevant reports, KPIs, and saved searches used for business performance reporting.
Operational coverage extended to all departments, with explicit support for finance through month-end and year-end financial statement preparation and business performance reports. The initiative supported broad business functions including finance, operations, and business analytics, and included regular business and NetSuite process alignment meetings with department stakeholders.
Governance and sustainment were managed through role and user management, data cleanup operations, and documentation. A NetSuite Administrator was staffed from October 2021 to May 2022 to publish analytics, conduct user trainings, provide user support, create training materials and inter-office memos, and maintain system performance while keeping the Oracle NetSuite SuiteAnalytics environment up to date.
