In 2020 Glem Gas implemented myDiapason Treasury from Diapason as its centralized Treasury Management solution, deploying the application to the corporate finance organization based in Italy. The myDiapason Treasury implementation was scoped to provide consolidated cash visibility and structured treasury workflows for the manufacturing company's finance and accounting teams.
The deployment emphasized core Treasury Management capabilities, including cash positioning and bank account management, payment execution and approval workflows, automated reconciliation, liquidity forecasting, multi currency handling, and standardized treasury reporting. myDiapason Treasury was configured to enforce role based access and approval hierarchies aligned to the companys existing finance controls and payment signatory policies.
Integration work focused on linking myDiapason Treasury with the Diapason management software already in use at Glem Gas to enable ledger level reconciliations and to streamline transfers of accounts payable and accounts receivable data into the treasury ledger. Operational coverage included corporate treasury and finance functions in Italy, where the application became the system of record for cash positions and internal treasury reporting.
Governance changes introduced alongside the implementation included formalized treasury workflow ownership, documented approval processes for payments, and user training for finance staff to operate the Diapason management suite together with myDiapason Treasury. The initiative prioritized process standardization across treasury and accounting teams rather than changes to external partner relationships.
