In 2020, GLORY Limited implemented Oracle Financials Management as the central financial application within a broader Oracle SaaS program. The engagement targeted ERP Financial capabilities and extended to Order Management, Procurement, EPM, Supply Chain, and Product Hub to unify financial, transactional, and product master workflows across the enterprise.
The deployment includes Oracle Financials Management alongside Oracle SaaS modules for Order Management, Procurement, Enterprise Performance Management, Supply Chain, and Product Hub, with Oracle PaaS services used to host extensions and integration logic. Functional coverage aligns with core ERP Financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, order to cash orchestration, procure to pay workflows, planning and consolidation via EPM, and centralized product master management in Product Hub.
Architecturally the implementation is delivered on Oracle SaaS and augmented by Oracle PaaS for integration and bespoke business logic, and it is designed to support GLORY’s global footprint which spans approximately 100 countries. The program explicitly integrates back office services with Oracle CX services to bridge financial operations and customer engagement processes, creating end to end transactional continuity between sales, order management, and finance.
Governance focused on standardizing master data and financial control processes across affected business functions including finance, procurement, supply chain, and order management. The initiative was a competitive win for Oracle, and GLORY positioned the program to enable rapid innovation, providing access to the latest platform capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly to new business models while aligning back office processes with customer facing CX services.
