In 2024 GN Muensterland Immobilien implemented STARFACE Cloud PBX. The STARFACE Cloud PBX, in the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category, was provisioned as a cloud hosted telephony platform to support customer service and tenant management in Germany.
Configuration emphasized CTI capabilities and telephony routing to enable automatic opening of tenant records on incoming calls. Functional modules implemented in STARFACE Cloud PBX included CTI screen pop, inbound call queues and hunt groups, presence aware call transfer, voicemail and unified messaging, and calendar aware call routing to align with tenant management workflows.
Integrations were built to the CASAVI property management platform and Microsoft Outlook to deliver automatic tenant record retrieval on inbound calls and to synchronize contact and calendar context. The implementation was delivered with FLEXCON IT and NUCOM AG, who handled connector configuration and cloud telephony provisioning.
