In 2014 GoBoat Denmark implemented Visma e-conomic Platform as its accounting platform and primary financial system. Visma e-conomic Platform serves as the company ERP Financial solution, centralizing core finance and accounting capabilities to support billing, general ledger posting, and automated payment posting workflows for the business.
The implementation explicitly uses core finance and accounting modules together with a point of sale integration, the Ajour POS/kassesystem, to automate payment posting from bookings and on-water transactions into the accounting ledger. Configuration focused on mapping POS sales to chart of accounts and automating journal creation and reconciliation, enabling the Visma e-conomic Platform to act as the single source of financial truth for GoBoat.
Integration and rollout were executed in collaboration with Ajour, which provided the POS system and integration work.
