In 2007, Golden Wonder implemented Timeware Workforce Management as part of a Tayto Group group-wide deployment, adopting the application to centralize attendance and absenteeism monitoring. The Workforce Management application was selected following a competitive tender and a three month live trial that included over 400 employees, establishing the implementation scope and acceptance criteria before full roll out.
The deployment focused on electronic time capture and attendance terminal installation, with Timeware Workforce Management configured to support employee attendance tracking, absenteeism reporting, and payroll-oriented time data extraction for HR and Wages functions. The Timeware Workforce Management implementation included data import processes to bring historical attendance records from existing old systems into the new environment, and training programs for HR and payroll teams.
The Timeware team worked closely with Golden Wonder IT to install remaining attendance terminals and to validate data flows, enabling operational coverage across multiple group companies. Operational ownership rested with HR and Wages departments, which received scheduled training and live system support during the phased rollout following the trial.
Governance and change activities included a staged live trial, scheduled training completion, and vendor-led issue resolution during initial teething problems, which were addressed by the Timeware team to stabilize the installation. Training completed on schedule and the vendor engagement to resolve early issues affirmed the selection of Timeware Workforce Management for Golden Wonder.

In 2012 Golden Wonder implemented QlikView to accelerate business reporting and analytics. QlikView provided Analytics and BI capabilities to speed information delivery to the business without impacting the ERP system.
The deployment centered on a server based QlikView architecture using in memory associative data models and scripted data loads to consolidate source data for interactive dashboards and ad hoc reporting. Implementation focused on centralized application management and a publish layer to distribute QlikView documents to business users. Integrations were designed as non disruptive data extracts and staging feeds so the ERP remained operational during refresh cycles. Rollout targeted information consumers across finance and operations and established governance for data models, document versioning and role based access controls to standardize metrics and usage.
