Configuration efforts emphasized attendance rules, shift and scheduling logic, and generation of attendance recaps for HR and payroll teams. The deployment established a centralized attendance data model across Goodyear Malaysia sites, producing payroll-ready records within Humanica Workplaze Time and delivering summarized recaps to HR and payroll functions. The implementation uses the application’s internal payroll capability to accelerate payroll calculations and reduce manual reconciliation steps for local payroll processing. Governance and rollout responsibilities were assigned to HR and payroll stakeholders, with DataOn managing configuration, testing, and phased rollout activities ahead of the early 2025 go-live. Reported operational outcomes include faster payroll calculations and easier attendance recaps for HR and payroll teams.
