In 2020, goTRG implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize accounting and financial close functions across its corporate footprint. The deployment supported multi-entity and multi-currency accounting and was configured to capture location, program, department, and currency level postings for transactional and settlement activity.
The implementation configured core ERP Financial modules including the general ledger, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, tax management and payroll journal posting. Functional workflows were built to support weekly AR aging reporting for management, chargeback and dispute processing, B2C marketplace settlement analysis and reconciliation, and routine posting of payroll accruals and sales tax entries for month end close.
Integrations were explicitly instrumented with Avalara for sales tax reporting and with ADP to enable faster payroll data export and automatic journal entry generation into Oracle NetSuite ERP. Operational processes include daily bank file uploads to support AR cash application and ongoing reconciliation of marketplace sales, with tax filings and payments recorded by company and currency for US and Canada, and property tax returns posted for company facilities.
Operational governance was implemented through role based NetSuite workflows and recurring reconciliation procedures driven by the finance team, including responsibilities for reconciling all bank accounts, posting sales taxes and payroll accruals, supporting audit requests, and maintaining accurate GL posting to tax entities. These controls formalized month end and tax reporting processes within Oracle NetSuite ERP for the finance, treasury, payroll and tax functions.

In 2020, goTRG implemented ADP Payroll to centralize payroll processing and ledger postings within its finance organization. The ADP Payroll deployment supports both monthly and bi-weekly runs and was configured to capture payroll transactions for posting into the corporate accounting environment.
Configuration focused on payroll processing workflows, payroll accruals and accurate general ledger mapping, with journal templates and export formats defined to align pay runs to accounting periods. goTRG recorded payroll transactions for both monthly and bi-weekly runs and reconciled payroll-related bank activity as part of monthly closing and audit support tasks.
The implementation integrated ADP Payroll with NetSuite to enable faster payroll data export and automatic journal entry generation, the ADP NetSuite integration is governed by finance to ensure payroll journals feed into NetSuite for downstream GL posting. The broader finance stack cited in operations also includes Avalara for sales tax reporting and daily bank file uploads that support AR and tax reconciliation processes across the US and Canada.
Operational governance assigned stewardship of payroll posting and the ADP NetSuite integration to accounting personnel, with responsibilities including reconciling bank accounts, posting payroll accruals, supporting audit requests and coordinating tax filings for US and Canada. Processes were documented to link payroll journal generation to existing AR, tax and chargeback workflows, embedding ADP Payroll into goTRG finance and accounting operations.

In 2017, goTRG implemented Microsoft 365 as its core Collaboration platform. Public references on the corporate website identify Microsoft 365 as an active component of goTRG's application footprint, indicating organization-wide adoption rather than an isolated pilot.
The Microsoft 365 deployment at goTRG includes standard Collaboration capabilities such as Exchange Online for email and calendaring, Microsoft Teams for unified communications and meetings, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for content management and file sharing, and Office desktop and web apps for productivity. These functional modules support document collaboration, version control, coauthoring workflows, and synchronous and asynchronous team communications.
Operationally the Microsoft 365 implementation aligns with professional services business functions, supporting project delivery teams, internal collaboration, and knowledge management across goTRG's United States operations and broader employee base. The relationship is clear, goTRG Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports consulting, project collaboration, and internal communications workflows.
Governance for the Microsoft 365 tenancy is expected to focus on identity and access controls, content governance in SharePoint, and policy enforcement for Teams and Exchange, consistent with standard Collaboration category practices. Public site evidence of Microsoft 365 use indicates an ongoing, provisioned cloud-hosted Collaboration environment rather than a transient evaluation.
