In 2023, Osprey London deployed Oracle NetSuite ERP under an ERP Financial program to centralize finance and operational data. The independently owned luxury leather and retail company operates an omnichannel footprint including an online collection, Lifestyle stores, Outlet stores and wholesale channels, and was managing multiple systems that created overcomplicated processes and complex data management.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured as an all-in-one cloud business management platform to automate core processes and provide real-time visibility into operational and financial performance. The implementation focused on financial management, order-to-cash and inventory controls, consolidated reporting and process automation consistent with ERP Financial capabilities, with an architecture provisioned to support future extensions through custom development.
Enco Consulting, a subsidiary of the 3EN Group, served as the implementation partner and delivered the solution with blended delivery teams of Business Analysts, Software Engineers and ERP and NetSuite consultants. The engagement included custom development and system integrations to unify online, wholesale and store operational feeds into the Oracle NetSuite ERP cloud platform while preserving omnichannel operational coverage.
Governance and process standardization accompanied the rollout, establishing a centralized data model, standardized financial workflows and cross functional controls across retail, wholesale and e commerce operations. The project addressed overcomplicated processes and complex data management, producing a fit solution that Enco positioned to expand through additional integrations.

| Visa | Legacy | Visa CardinalCommerce | eCommerce Fraud Protection | eCommerce | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Osprey London implemented Visa CardinalCommerce on its customer-facing website to provide an eCommerce Fraud Protection layer within the online checkout. The deployment positions Visa CardinalCommerce as the cardholder authentication component invoked during the payment authorization sequence, embedded in checkout pages to orchestrate browser-based authentication flows and to support challenge and frictionless authentication paths. Visa CardinalCommerce is used to validate cardholder interactions at the point of sale, and it sits adjacent to the merchant payment flow rather than replacing settlement or authorization systems.
Configuration focuses on client-side authentication orchestration and integration with the storefront checkout, tying authentication outcomes into order processing and fraud operations. Operational scope is the eCommerce channel, impacting payments, fraud prevention, and customer service workflows where authentication exceptions are handled and fallback paths are coordinated with order management. The narrative emphasizes Visa CardinalCommerce and the eCommerce Fraud Protection function within Osprey London’s web checkout architecture.
