ADP Workforce Now Compensation is used to conduct detailed analysis of compensation data and trends and to generate complex reports and data visualizations for management and stakeholders. Operationally the deployment is focused on HR, compensation and people managers across Granite’s US and Canada footprint, with the application ingesting HRIS and compensation data to support company wide salary review cycles and pay decision workflows. The configuration emphasizes data integrity and analytics, maintaining compensation data in HRIS systems and databases and enabling exports for analysis in tools referenced by the team, such as Excel, SQL and Tableau. Governance and process changes introduced with the rollout include structured annual salary review workflows, role based access for HR and managers, standardized communication templates for offers and promotions, and compliance controls to align pay actions with federal, state and local regulations.
