In 2019, Graze implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize core business processes on a unified ERP Financial platform. The cloud-hosted deployment positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the primary system for company-wide financial management and transaction processing within the retail business.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP configuration concentrated on ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, procurement, and inventory transaction capture. Implementation work emphasized a standardized chart of accounts, automated journal posting and period close sequencing, and role-based financial workflows tailored to retail transaction flows. Reporting capabilities and financial dashboards were provisioned to support month-end close and statutory reporting requirements.
Governance was organized to centralize financial control while enabling operational teams to execute transactional processes, with role-based access, approval orchestration and audit trail enforcement. The rollout aligned to business functions including finance, operations and commercial teams, using phased adoption to embed standardized processes and consistent transactional handling across the organization.
