In 2017 Green Cola Greece implemented Soft1 HRMS as the Core HR element of a broader SOFT1 ERP and payroll deployment in Greece. The Soft1 HRMS implementation targeted payroll and human resources functionality listed in the vendor case study, aligning HR administration with the companys financial and operational systems.
Payroll and HR modules were configured to operate alongside SOFT1 ERP modules for production costing, inventory and financial reporting, creating a unified data model for headcount and labor cost attribution. The deployment emphasized payroll processing and HR records management, and integrated payroll posting into financial reporting to enable real-time cost visibility.
The project was implemented by ΜΙΒ Πληροφορική and was rolled out across Green Cola Greece operations in Greece, covering payroll, finance, production costing and inventory control functions. Integrations linked payroll outputs into accounting and cost reporting workflows to support end to end invoicing and cost analysis.
According to the case study the combined SOFT1 ERP and payroll rollout delivered real-time cost visibility and a 50% reduction in invoicing time, outcomes attributed to the unified HR payroll and financial reporting flow. Governance centralized payroll administration and financial posting procedures within the SOFT1 platform to reduce manual handoffs and strengthen HR to finance controls.
