The deployment was positioned to support business functions that manage temporary labor and staffing suppliers, aligning procurement and HR processes under a single Contingent Labor Management application.
ADS DataTrack was configured to deliver core contingent workforce capabilities typical of the category, including requisition management and supplier onboarding, worker lifecycle and onboarding workflows, time and attendance capture for contract workers, compliance tracking and reporting, and rate card and billing controls. The narrative of ADS DataTrack at Green Valley emphasizes functional modules that coordinate requisition to timesheet processes and supplier governance within the Contingent Labor Management domain.
Operationally the implementation focused on establishing centralized contingent labor governance and standardized approval workflows across HR and procurement teams, with program-level controls for supplier qualification and worker compliance. Green Valley used ADS DataTrack to institutionalize workflow orchestration for contingent staffing and to provide a single system of record for contingent labor administration in the United States.

In 2020, Green Valley deployed Amazon EC2 to host its customer-facing website. Green Valley uses Amazon EC2 as part of its Application Hosting and Computing Services to run web-serving compute instances, isolate workloads within a virtual private cloud, and serve public web traffic for its site.
The implementation follows common Amazon EC2 patterns, using AMI-based instance images, security group controls, instance lifecycle management and autoscaling to match capacity with traffic. Network segmentation and IAM-based access controls are described as part of the deployment configuration, reflecting standard operational governance for compute infrastructure supporting web and web-application business functions.

| Proofpoint | Legacy | Proofpoint Email Security and Protection | Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) | CyberSecurity | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Green Valley implemented Proofpoint Email Security and Protection. Proofpoint Email Security and Protection, a Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) solution, was deployed to protect Green Valley's corporate email and website messaging channels for the United States based consumer packaged goods company with approximately 2,900 employees.
The deployment focused on core SEG capabilities including inbound and outbound mail filtering, threat analytics, URL defense, attachment sandboxing, phishing detection, policy based encryption, and administrative quarantine management. Proofpoint Email Security and Protection was configured to enforce corporate messaging policies and email hygiene controls across business communications, customer support correspondence, and marketing response workflows.
Architecturally the implementation used a cloud delivered SEG routing model, directing MX and SMTP flows through Proofpoint for inspection before delivery to Green Valley mail servers, and integrated with directory services for user policy mapping and quarantine notifications. The implementation explicitly covered email channels linked to the public website and corporate domains, ensuring site originated contact form messages as well as internal and external mail streams were processed through the SEG layer.
Operational governance was established through centralized administrative consoles, role based policy management for security and IT teams, and configured quarantine and incident handling workflows to route suspected threats to security operations and to notify end users where appropriate. The implementation emphasized policy automation and standard Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) controls to support message triage and compliance enforcement.
