In 2020, GreenChem deployed Microsoft 365 to establish a Collaboration platform across its Netherlands distribution operations. The Microsoft 365 implementation is surfaced on GreenChem's public website to support content publishing and external-facing collaboration workflows.
The deployment focused on core collaboration capabilities typical of Microsoft 365, including cloud email, real-time messaging and meetings, and centralized document management and coauthoring. Configuration work emphasized tenant-level settings, licensing alignment, and content governance to enable consistent file sharing and team collaboration across corporate users.
GreenChem exposed Microsoft 365 functionality on its public site for selected content workflows while provisioning the service for internal corporate functions, spanning commercial, operations, and support teams. The implementation aligned user access and content publishing to the organization structure, with Microsoft 365 serving as the primary Collaboration layer for productivity and external content interfaces.
Operational governance was organized under central IT with tenant administration, role based access controls, and staged onboarding and training to standardize usage and content lifecycle processes. Microsoft 365 was positioned to unify collaboration and document workflows across GreenChem without introducing new third party integration claims in the available source notes.

| ORTEC | Legacy | ORTEC Inventory Routing | Inventory Management | SCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 GreenChem deployed ORTEC Inventory Routing as its core Inventory Management application for bulk downstream distribution of AdBlue®. The implementation centralized planning and dispatch in a control tower in Bratislava, supporting roughly 30 sales representatives and planners who schedule and dispatch over 100 vehicles to customers across GreenChem’s multi-site production footprint that includes more than 45 production facilities in Europe and Brazil.
ORTEC Inventory Routing was configured to run advanced mathematical forecasting models and route optimization algorithms, leveraging machine learning components to calculate optimized safety stock, seasonal patterns, and the best forecasting model for each customer location. Functional modules implemented include demand forecasting and safety stock optimization, automatic delivery volume calculation, route scheduling and vehicle assignment, and plan creation workflows used day to day by planners and sales operations.
Operational integrations centered on the control tower orchestration and operational reporting, with planners and sales representatives using the ORTEC system to create and execute delivery plans and evaluate carrier performance. GreenChem paired ORTEC Inventory Routing with the ORTEC Big Data Portal to instrument KPIs, produce user-friendly dashboards, and share analytical reports across commercial and logistics teams, enabling continuous improvement and better evaluation of logistics service provider invoices.
Governance and rollout evolved after an initial two year period when GreenChem expanded the solution in 2019 to extend forecasting capabilities and reduce stock-outs. The implementation centralized planning workflows in the control tower, improved planner efficiency, and established a KPI-driven governance loop via the Big Data Portal. Explicit outcomes stated by GreenChem include a decrease of over 50% in stock-outs, fewer kilometers driven due to optimized routing, an expected 2.5% decrease in transport costs through better transport company agreements, and the ability to plan significantly increased AdBlue® volumes with the same workforce.

| Salesforce | Legacy | Salesforce Pardot | Marketing Automation | CRM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, GreenChem deployed Salesforce Pardot as its Marketing Automation solution. The implementation is focused on web-based lead capture and digital engagement for GreenChem, a Netherlands distribution company with approximately 1000 employees and reported revenue of 150000000, using the company website as the primary instrumentation surface.
The Salesforce Pardot configuration includes core Marketing Automation capabilities such as prospect capture through forms, landing page management, email marketing automation, segmentation and list management, lead scoring and grading, and campaign management for nurture tracks. Salesforce Pardot is used to orchestrate automated nurture sequences and to manage campaign assets and templates that align with product and regulatory communications typical in chemical distribution.
The deployment is embedded on GreenChem’s web properties to collect prospect behavior and activity data, feeding automated workflows that route qualified interest into commercial follow up. Operational coverage centers on the marketing organization and extends to commercial teams for lead qualification and handoff, supporting marketing and sales business functions through consistent digital touchpoint instrumentation.
Governance and rollout were structured around web instrumentation and campaign enablement, with emphasis on marketing process controls, template standardization, and data hygiene rules for prospect records. Ongoing operational governance focuses on campaign approval workflows and alignment between marketing and sales to maintain a controlled lead lifecycle using Salesforce Pardot as the Marketing Automation platform.
