In 2022 Greenchoice deployed Recruitee as its Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System and embedded Recruitee on its public website to manage the careers portal and candidate intake. The deployment establishes Recruitee as the primary application tracking and candidate engagement platform supporting Greenchoice HR and Talent Acquisition activity in the Netherlands.
The implementation configures standard applicant tracking modules within Recruitee, including job posting and requisition management, a branded career site and application form, candidate pipelines and profile management, interview scheduling and collaborative feedback, and offer workflow capabilities. Recruitee is used to centrally store candidate records and to drive structured hiring stages, requisition ownership, and role based access for hiring managers and recruiters.
Operational integration centers on the public website career pages where application flows are embedded and routed into Recruitee, with email notification and role based access used to coordinate recruiters and hiring managers. The scope of use covers Greenchoice HR and recruiting teams and extends to hiring managers across business units in the Netherlands, providing a unified intake and screening channel for external applicants.
Governance was framed around configured pipelines and approval checkpoints, standardized interview stages and collaborative evaluation workflows to align recruiting processes across teams.
