Yardi Genesis served as the authoritative source for property accounting and resident financials, with remote deposit handling and monthly postings feeding the accounts receivable ledger. The operational scope covered site level leasing, resident services, and property accounting at Greenhill Apartments Kalamazoo, with governance controls emphasizing weekly reporting, supervised follow ups, and standardized ledger maintenance. ResidentCheck and Yardi Genesis were used together to support application screening and tenant record management.
