The implementation introduced a delinquency schedule process to manage receivables and defined workflows for resolving lease violation objections and ledger disputes, accompanied by hiring and training processes for Community Assistants and the Leasing Agent. Yardi Genesis served as the authoritative source for property accounting and resident financials, with remote deposit handling and monthly postings feeding the accounts receivable ledger. The operational scope covered site level leasing, resident services, and property accounting at Greenhill Apartments Kalamazoo, with governance controls emphasizing weekly reporting, supervised follow ups, and standardized ledger maintenance. ResidentCheck and Yardi Genesis were used together to support application screening and tenant record management.
